Sign-In Bedingungen stehen im Factsheet und in der Ausschreibung. Das Startgeld muss auf den Turnieranlagen beim Turnierbüro vor dem ersten Spiel in bar oder mit Kreditkarte bezahlt werden. Dabei erhalten alle Spieler eine Spielerkarte mit Foto zur Identifizierung (falls ein Foto vorab an das Turnier geschickt wurde).
For Sign-In conditions please check the factsheet or the invitation. The entry fee has to be paid at the tournament office before the first match. Payment is possible in cash or by credit card. All players receive a players card with photo for identification (if a photo has been send to the tournament upfront).
Tournament hotel / Turnierhotel:
Official tournament hotel is Campus IB Süd in Leonberg. Please check the factsheet or the invitation for conditions and contact details.
Shuttle Service:
During the tournament, a shuttle service will run every half hour between the tournament venues and the tournament hotel. For more information, please contact the transportation service office at the main facility in Rutesheim, the tournament office in Weissach-Flacht, or the front desk at the tournament hotel.
Alternatively, public transportation is also available, running every 10 minutes between the tournament hotel (bus stop = Leonberg Krankenhaus) and the tennis facilities in Rutesheim (bus stop = Rutesheim Rathaus) and in Weissach-Flacht (bus stop = Flacht Sportplatz). Voucher-Handling National Teams (nur für Tennis-Europe Teilnehmer) / Voucher handling National Teams (for Tennis-Europe participants only)

In der Turnierwoche erhalten die Tennis Europe Spieler und offizielle Trainer eines U14-Nationalteams täglich zwei Essen- und zwei Getränkegutscheine (siehe vorstehende ähnliche Abbildung) gemäß der Hospitalityregeln im Factsheet und der Ausschreibung.
Die Verzehrkarten können gegen andere Gerichte der Speisekarte im Wert von bis zu 13 € eingelöst werden. Die Getränkekarten können gegen ein alkoholfreies Getränk im Wert von bis zu 2 € eingetauscht werden. Für in Anspruch genommene Gerichte oder Getränke mit höheren Preisen muss ein entsprechender Aufpreis gezahlt werden. Eine Auszahlung des Gegenwertes für nicht in Anspruch genommene Karten ist ausgeschlossen.
During the tournament Tennis Europe players and official coaches of an U14 national squad will receive two food and two beverage vouchers per day (see above picture) according to the hospitality rules in the factsheet and the invitation.
The drink cards can also be exchanged for a non-alcoholic drink worth up to € 2 and the pictured consumption cards worth up to € 13. A corresponding surcharge must be paid for claimed dishes or drinks with higher prices. Payment of the equivalent value for unused cards is excluded.
